the exact price of what you need done, no surprises.  We use no tricks or advertising schemes. We inform
you with complete honesty and a no pressure attitude.  Whether you need your carpets cleaned tomorrow
or in 3 months, we'll give you a competitive price, that will not change unless your needs change.

Carpet cleaning and Fine Rug Cleaning Pricing

  • Our pricing is based on square footage cleaned.  
  • We only charge you for what we clean.  For example, if you have a bed in your bedroom
    (obviously), we measure around the bed, or around sofas in a den.  We can certainly move
    the furniture for you if you desire, but this can add to the cost.  Most customers tend to opt
    for walkway traffic areas only.

Please note:  We highly recommending scheduling a free in-home estimate / consultation.

  • We will be more than happy to give you a "guesstimate" over the phone, but we can not honor that
    price.  We offer a free service to come to your home and give you the actual price, with a complete
    NO PRESSURE policy.  We come to your home, take the measurements, do our calculations, and
    give you the price . . . take it or leave it.
  • Don't fall victim to calling around for prices and picking the lowest priced quote over the phone,
    only to find out after the job is done that your bill is triple of what you were quoted over the phone or
    on a coupon.
